Today is the day!

 

We’ve launched our new patron management system and we ARE excited!

 

Here is how can you take advantage of the new system--today!

 

Current General or Donor Circle Member?

You will need to use your membership-associated email address to activate your patron account. To activate your account you must reset your password.

  • Start by tapping the “Forgot Password” tab on my.wexarts.org.
  • Input your membership-associated email address and tap the “Email My Information” button.
  • You’ll receive an email, from the Wex, with a personal secure link to reset your password. Tap the link in that email and choose a new password.
  • You’re done!

Current subscriber to a Wex email newsletter?

You will need to use the email address where you receive Wex email newsletters to activate your patron account. To activate your account you must reset your password.

  • Start by tapping the “Forgot Password” tab on my.wexarts.org.
  • Input the email address where you receive Wex email newsletters and tap the “Email My Information” button.
  • You’ll receive an email, from the Wex, with a personal secure link to reset your password. Tap the link in that email and choose a new password.
  • You’re done!

Past single ticket experience buyer at the Wex?

You’ve previously purchased tickets at our patron services desk, or online, and used an email address during the checkout process. To activate your account you must “reset” your password.

  • Start by tapping the “Forgot Password” tab on my.wexarts.org.
  • Input the email address previously used to purchase tickets at our patron services desk, or online, during the checkout process and tap the “Email My Information” button.
  • You’ll receive an email, from the Wex, with a personal secure link to reset your password. Tap the link in that email and choose a new password.
  • You’re done!

Not a member, not subscribed to our newsletters, never purchased a ticket?

Even if you haven’t engaged with the Wex in any of the aforementioned ways we would love for you to create a patron account so that you can stay in touch with us!

  • Start by tapping the “Create Account” tab on my.wexarts.org.
  • You’ll be prompted to complete a profile form.
  • Once you’ve completed the form tap the “Register” button.
  • You’ll receive an email, from the Wex, confirming your new online account.
  • It’s as simple as that!

Are you a current General or Donor Circle member to the Wex?

  • At the launch of the new system, you will need to use your membership-associated email address or registration ID, which can be found on your Wex membership card, to activate your patron account profile. If you are a current member and need assistance please contact our membership team at membership@wexarts.org.

Are you a subscriber to one of our Wex email newsletters?

  • At the launch of the new system you will need to use the email address where you receive Wex email newsletters to activate your patron account profile to manage your email subscription(s).

Are you a single ticket experience buyer at the Wex?

  • You’ve previously purchased tickets at our patron services desk, or online, and used an email address during the checkout process. At the launch of the new system a patron account profile will be created for you; you will need to activate your patron account profile with the email address used during the time of your ticket purchase.

Over the last year, the Wex has been working to enhance digital experiences for our patrons—yes, that means you! Maybe you’ve seen our new weekly email communications (if you haven’t, you can sign up here) or perhaps you’ve participated in the online surveys and tests (thank you) that we’ve been conducting as we re-design and reboot our website (coming spring 2018).

In early December, we’ll begin the rollout of a new patron management system called Tessitura that will allow us to better meet and anticipate your needs. This system is specifically designed for cultural institutions like the Wex. In fact, we will join more than 600 arts organizations nationwide and globally that employ this system, including San Francisco MoMA, the Walker Art Center, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), American Film Institute, Royal Shakespeare Company, Lincoln Center, and many others.

What changes and improvements will you see?

  • An easier way to update your patron account profile;
  • A new way to purchase Wex event tickets (with user-friendly seat-selection options);
  • A an easier way to subscribe to Wex emails;
  • A new way to join and donate;
  • And more!

What will you need to do?

  • Bookmark this page and return over the coming days to check in for updates.
  • Be on the lookout for communications alerting you to the launch date of the new system. We’re targeting December 5th in time for our winter/spring season ticket presale for members, which runs December 11-21; we promise to alert you of the exact system launch date.
  • Be ready to update, or activate, your patron account profile in our new system. And don’t worry, we’ll have instructions on this page, and we’re ready to help you along the way.
