Best known for the beloved, Oscar-nominated Ernest & Celestine (2012), renowned French filmmaker and cartoonist Benjamin Renner adapts his own graphic novel into this hilarious and heartwarming animated feature. The film’s three snappy chapters are irresistible folk tales about animals having a hard time fulfilling their traditional roles (including a stork too lazy to deliver babies in his beak, a duck who can’t swim, and a less-than-cunning fox who discovers his true talents lie elsewhere). In French with English subtitles. (79 mins., DCP)
Parking note: please allow extra time for parking due to multiple events scheduled in the campus area. Cash-only parking is available in the nearby Union Garage. An alternative parking location is Arps Garage, located to the north of the center on College Road and open to the public on weekends.
