Virtual

A person’s arms with dark brown skin are outstretched, and their hands are cupping water from a stream visible in the background

Press pause at noon on Wednesdays for this ongoing virtual series of free art and meditation programs created in partnership with The Yoga Carriage @ Replenish.

We invite you to choose connection, restoration, and care with us at our weekly sessions streaming from our galleries on Instagram and Facebook Live. Align mind, body, senses, mood, and space through meditative and creative techniques as you include moments for contemplation and rest in your everyday life.

Contact tmccambridge@wexarts.org for details. After streaming live, sessions will remain on Facebook Live for the duration of our current exhibitions, Carlos Motta: Your Monsters, Our Idols and Sharing Circles: Carol Newhouse and the WomanShare Collective.
