Press pause for this ongoing virtual series exploring meditative and well-being practices that connect mind, body, senses, mood, and creativity.
Along with our partners from The Yoga Carriage with Replenish Well, the Wex invites you to ground yourself and generate restorative care to support everyday life.
This autumn, you can experience On Pause multiple ways. Guided audio will be available for you to listen to while you explore our galleries in person whenever you like. Prerecorded videos will be made available throughout October, so you can press pause on your schedule. New episodes of On Pause will be released Wednesdays throughout the autumn.
