WexLab Extra

Teen workshop

Teens (ages 13 and up) and their favorite adults are invited to join us for an exploration of the Wexner Center’s current exhibitions, John Waters: Indecent Exposure and Peter Hujar: Speed of Life, and take part in a range of studio activities. Cheesy photography and quickie phone videos will be on tap. Professional artists will serve as mentors, so bring your portfolio if you’d like to get some feedback. Free food, live accordion music, and other random surprises are likely to appear. Heirloom Café will be open and serving beverages and pastries 11 AM–3 PM.

WexLab Extra is open to the public, and minors will not be directly supervised by Ohio State or Wexner Center staff. A parent or adult friend is encouraged to attend with youth. Questions? Please call the Wex education department at (614) 292-6493.
