Join a writing circle at the Wex.

This six-session cycle invites you to meet yourself on the page. Facilitated by local writer and educator Catalina Bode, this workshop series will guide participants to imagine writing as a playful and reflective practice. All levels of experience are welcome, from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners. Set in the galleries, writers will be in dialogue with the exhibitions, each other, and themselves.

Supplies will be provided.

About the artist

Catalina Bode is a writer and educator mostly from Illinois who now lives in Ohio. Her work has been supported by the Fulbright Program, Tin House, the Vermont Studio Center, the Wexner Center for the Arts, the Hopwood Program, the Greater Columbus Arts Council, and a Ricardo Salinas Scholarship. She earned her MFA from the Helen Zell Writers’ Program at the University of Michigan, and her writing can be found in Alaska Quarterly Review, StoryQuarterly, the Pinch, and elsewhere.
