Adapted from the critically acclaimed theatrical production, which was presented at the Wexner Center by Collective:Unconscious in 2002, Charlie Victor Romeo (code for “cockpit voice recorder”) dramatizes actual cockpit recordings recovered from the black boxes of six doomed airliners.
