Living under the thumb of her wicked stepmother, Cinderella’s days are filled with cleaning and daydreaming of attending the royal ball being held to introduce young ladies to the ready-to-marry, handsome Prince Charming. When her stepsisters are allowed to attend but not Cinderella, all hope seems lost. But with the help of her Fairy Godmother and resourceful mice Jaq and Gus, Cinderella makes an unforgettable entrance at the dance. However, she only has until midnight to catch Prince Charming’s eye before the spell wears off! One of the great Disney classics with stunning animation and a style heavily influenced by Mary Blair’s art. Blair’s color and visual concepts for Cinderella help make it one of the most beloved animated films ever made. (76 mins., 2K DCP)

The Wexner Center is proud to partner with Cartoon Crossroads Columbus (CXC) to present their annual festival highlighting comics, animation, and cartoon art with a selection of artist conversations, book signings, film screenings, and more. The four-day festival takes place at sites around the city including Ohio State’s Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum, Columbus College of Art & Design, Columbus Museum of Art, and Columbus Metropolitan Library.
