New restoration!

Recalling his role as Fellini’s alter-ego in , Marcello Mastroianni stars as a train passenger who wakes from a nap to discover a woman in his compartment and artfully attempts a quick bathroom tryst with the fellow traveler. When the train stops suddenly, he follows her into the woods and finds himself in a trippy, chaotic dream world where men are the object of ridicule and women hold the power. (A feminist convention! An all-girl punk band!) (139 mins., DCP)
