This collection of Lynch's mid-length and short pieces provides an intriguing overview of his style and interests.

Second film start time: 8:40 pm. Steve Mann, the "worldís first cyborg," is Cyberman. Mann's uses of technology include "eye-tap" cameras fitted into his glasses that, through a direct feed to the Internet, allow people to, in Mann's words, "be me rather than see me." Interviews with sci-fi/cyberpunk author William Gibson and Mann's friends and family provide a fascinating portrait of an original and provocative thinker. (2000; 87 mins.)

The hilarious Arrowhead, picked by critic Gerald Peary as one of the ten most important shorts of all time, follows a raconteur (Don McKellar) leading a film crew to prehistoric finds hidden behind his apartment complex.
(1994; 30 mins.)

St. Bruno gives a dynamic portrait of a photographer and his Torontonian Little Italy neighborhood. (1994; 23 mins.)

The "epic short" Animal Nightmares (2003; 6 mins.), a conceptual music video about humans and animals, and Dem Bones (2004; 8 mins.), a contemporary dance piece, round out the program
