The annual Mad Royal Film Festival is back, featuring a free screening of shorts made by student filmmakers at Ohio State.
Each year since 2018, the Ohio State student organization Mad Royal Film Society selects and shares short films with the campus community to connect with one another and converse about the artists and their work. Awards for a variety of categories based on this year’s entries will be selected by filmmakers, artists, and professors both at Ohio State and from the community, including Wex Artist Residency Award recipient Sa’dia Rehman, whose exhibition the river runs slow is currently on view. Winners will receive a special prize from members of the Mad Royal E-Board. (program approx. 96 mins., digital video)
