The Speaking Hand charts the life and work of Zakir Hussain, India's preeminent tabla player and a favorite of Wexner Center world music fans.

The stunning two-part documentary features exclusive concert footage of Hussain and other prominent exponents of Indian classical music and dance, including Ravi Shankar, Birju Maharaj, and Mickey Hart. (52 mins. each part)
