Columbus-based artist Bobby T Luck’s newest work is the first in a series of videos that deal with the artist’s personal experience with injury-related memory decay. In Bethel, Luck creates a lush collage of images and sounds that attempt to illustrate lost and rediscovered memories. Luck’s repeated efforts to find the line between fact and fiction blur the distinction altogether. (3:10 mins., video)
Bobby T Luck serves as a juror for this year’s Ohio Shorts program, the center’s annual celebration of Buckeye-made films.
