Laura Lisbon and Philip Armstrong examined countless definitions and redefinitions of painting since the 1960s as co-curators (with Stephen Melville) of As Painting, an exhibition mounted here in 2001, which longtime Wexner Center visitors might remember. So who could be better to share their thoughts on Mark Bradford’s unusual approach to the medium?

Double Take is a new gallery talk format in which two Ohio State faculty members talk about work on view at the Wexner Center from the perspectives of their own research and academic fields.
