Join the Wexner Center and BalletMet for an exciting day of dance, music, and artmaking with Ohio State atheletes and cheerleaders, dancers from Ohio State, BalletMet, and YouthMet, plus members of the OSU and Walnut Ridge High School marching bands.
You'll celebrate Ohio State's school colors, scarlet and gray, and explore the connections between dance and sports. Enjoy performances by dancers from BalletMet, YouthMet, and Ohio State. Learn moves from Ohio State football players, cheerleaders, Brutus Buckeye, and BalletMet dancers (including Nuthead from The Nutcracker). Plus you can visit a marching band petting zoo, try on dance costumes, and make your own art to take home.

SCHEDULE
Performances on Mershon Stage
1 pm: YouthMet BalletMetÌs dynamic multiethnic dance ensemble performs the classic jazz work Solidarity, Kris WorldÌs Read Matthew 11:1, and a brand new piece inspired by athletics. 3 pm: BalletMet BalletMet and OSU dancers perform excerpts from Susan HadleyÌs Across the Field, Harrison McEldowneyÌs DanceSport, and David NixonÌs Gershwin Dances.
