It's been nearly six years since the emergency managers of Flint, Michigan made the fateful decision to save money by changing the city's water source, and almost that long since the news of this decision and the related health effects on Flint's citizens (particularly its youngest) became a nationally recognized disaster. And yet, the city's water system is still not trustworthy.
