• Big news for anyone who remembers the epic Top 100 shows and opening parties at Skylab: artist Lambertus “Berry” van Boekel, who’s now based in Florida, is showing his latest collection of paintings inspired by his favorite recordings at Dublin Arts Council March 8–April 14. This year’s edition has the interesting twist: each portrait of an artist is paired with a portrait of the individual who recorded them.
• Saturday night’s Gallery Hop happenings include an opening at Sarah Gormley Gallery of new paintings by former Wex preparator Nick Stull.
