April 2026 First Thursday

Two young adults sit in Heirloom Café with cookies they decorated.

Spend an evening being creative, experiencing artwork, and engaging with artists through conversations and music at our April First Thursday!

This month, make art in our Community Studio, visit the galleries and chat with Wex educators, join an artist talk with interdisciplinary artist Walid Raad, and experience a jazz performance by Bill Frisell. You can also grab a snack and beverage in Heirloom Café and peruse the Wexner Center Store for the latest selection of books, gifts, and goodies. Ohio State students get an additional 20% off in the store during First Thursday events. Check in and scan your BuckID to get the most out of the Wex!

See the program schedule below. Return to the Wex in the fall to explore contemporary art and culture through a new season of multidisciplinary experiences!
