For the past 35 years the Wexner Center’s Film/Video Studio has helped hundreds of artists and filmmakers in their pursuit of picture lock: the moment during the postproduction process when all creative options have been explored and the project’s edit is complete. The Picture Lock festival celebrates this rich history in a concentrated weekend featuring recently completed films and projects from our archive, with most films presented by their directors.
