Pam Grier leads a stellar cast in Jackie Brown, the film that brought her star power to a new generation of filmgoers.

Loosely based on the novel Rum Punch by Elmore Leonard, Tarantino’s Jackie Brown stars icon Pam Grier as a flight attendant who helps the ATF bring down arms smuggler Samuel L. Jackson. Considered by many to be Tarantino’s and Grier’s best work, the film is both a reimagining of the traditional Tarantino protagonist and a critique of Grier’s iconic status. Also starring Bridget Fonda, Robert Forster, Robert De Niro, Chris Tucker, and Michael Keaton. (154 mins., DCP)
