In this entertaining extravaganza set in a 23rd-century domed city (with a very swinging 1970s sense of décor), citizens must go in for “renewal”—government speak for extermination—when they hit their third decade. Needless to say, those who’ve figured out the scheme try to go into hiding or flee. One of the last great sci-fi blockbusters made before Star Wars changed everything, Logan’s Run ranks among the genre’s most charming and beloved films. All Wex Drive-In movies start at dusk (generally around 9 PM). Pack up a few blankets or lawn chairs, and join us at 7:30 PM for food and fun before the show. Enjoy outdoor games, a DJ and film trivia (8–9 PM), plus local vendors including The Cheesy Truck, Hai Poké, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Seventh Son, and Heirloom Café (preorder menu only; order by phone at 614.688.3070 by 4 PM June 14). The Wex has partnered with regional artists to create screenprinted T-shirts for our outdoor summer film series.
