Catch up with a selection (handpicked by our film team) of notable—and some overlooked—films from the past 18 months that never got the theatrical screenings they deserve. Some were acclaimed as among the best of 2020 and some got ignominiously dumped into barely lit sections of streaming platforms but they all pushed filmmaking forward in their own ways. In case you missed any of them (or want a chance to revisit them in a cinema), we’re pleased to provide this opportunity to catch up with these memorable movies!
