Art-Inspired Performance

Four students with music stands play flutes amid silver pipes from an art installation by Nancy Holt. A piano is in the foreground.

Experience our fall exhibitions through a new lens at this powerful performance by Ohio State students.

Our Counterpoints series showcases responsive performances from the campus community and their creative projects inspired by the artists’ work on view in the galleries. This fall’s event features musicians from Ohio State’s School of Music and illuminates the abstract sculptures, installations, and two-dimensional works in the exhibitions Eric N. Mack: All the Oohs, and the Aahs, Mimi Ọnụọha: Us, Aggregated 3.0 (2019), Nanette Carter: Afro Sentinels, and Veronica Ryan: Unruly Objects.
