Spring 2026 Exhibitions and Related Events

A collage of four photos of works by the exhibiting artists.
Consider memory, history, and power through a vibrant range of media and forms with our spring exhibitions.

Explore presentations by Hew Locke, Naeem Mohaiemen, Ximena Garrido-Lecca, Vitória Cribb, and Eric N. Mack that include everything from animation and film to collage and sculpture. Each artist’s practice includes in-depth research and the use of a variety of archives and collections. The resulting works invite you to reflect on and ask questions about past events, visual symbols of authority, identity, and the contrasts between traditional and industrial agricultural practices.

Return to the Wex throughout the spring to explore these themes in depth with talks, film screenings, performances, and a symposium.
